Rules and Guidelines

Because BRAIN is a FREE networking and referral group, there are several rules and guidelines that each member must agree to.  A member who does not comply with these guidelines can be removed from their BRAIN chapter.

  1. Exclusivity:
By accepting membership into the BRAIN group, you agree that you will NOT belong to another exclusive leads/referral group (BNI, etc).  Attending other different types of networking events is acceptable and encouraged.
  2. Attendance:
It is asked that you attend meetings each week.  TWO absences a quarter are acceptable.  Substitutes are encouraged so that an absence is not counted.  Substitutes cannot be someone already in the same BRAIN group, but may be from another chapter or outside source.
  3. Referrals:
A minimum of TWO referrals per month are required.  Please do not pass a referral that has already been given elsewhere.  A referral that is passed to another BRAIN chapter counts only if we do not have the same type of business represented in our group.
  4. One-on-One's:
A minimum of ONE One-on-One is required per month.  One-on-One's with other BRAIN chapters do not count.
